Our 60-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We stand behind the Uplift MD Liquid Facelift. If you're not happy with your purchase for any reason, you can request a refund within 60 days of delivery.

How to start a return or refund Email us at support@upliftmd.us with your order number and the reason for your return. We'll reply within [1–2 business days] with next steps.

Refunds Once your return is approved (and received, if a physical return is requested), we'll issue a refund to your original payment method. Refunds typically post within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card provider.

Return shipping If we ask you to send an item back, return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect — in which case we cover it.

Damaged, defective, or wrong item If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, email support@upliftmd.us within 14 days of delivery with a photo, and we'll make it right with a replacement or refund at no cost to you.

Non-returnable items For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of used product beyond what's covered by the money-back guarantee, gift cards, or final-sale items.

Exchanges The fastest way to exchange is to request a refund for the original item and place a new order.
