Where we ship, We currently ship to United States.

Order processing Orders are processed within 1-3 days after they're placed (excluding weekends and holidays). You'll receive a confirmation email when your order ships.

Delivery times Estimated delivery is 5-8 Days after processing. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed; they may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or high-demand periods.

Shipping costs Shipping costs are calculated and shown at checkout before you pay.

Tracking Once your order ships, we'll email you a tracking number so you can follow your package.

Delays, lost, or stuck packages If your tracking hasn't updated or your package seems lost, email support@upliftmd.us with your order number and we'll help resolve it.

Incorrect address Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We're not responsible for orders shipped to an address entered incorrectly, but we'll do our best to help.
